Silvio Cesar Machado-dos-Santos

Graduado em Farmácia-Bioquímica pela Faculdade de Farmácia e Bioquímica do Espirito Santo; graduado também em Economia pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo - UFES; possui Especialização em Gestão de Sistemas e Serviços de Saúde; e Mestrado em Saúde Pública pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz, com enfase em Planejamento e Gestão de Serviços de Saúde.

Graduated in Biochemical Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of Espirito Santo; He also holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Espírito Santo; has a Specialization in Management of Health Systems and Services and a Masters in Public Health from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. He has managed the Pharmacy Assistance of Vitória from 1995 to 2005 and also in the State of the ES, from 2005 to 2009. He was Undersecretary of State for Health of the ES from 2009 to 2011 and from 2015 to 2016. He is currently a Consultant and Researcher at the SALUTARIS Institute and member of the National Commission of Public Health of the CFF. Has experience in planning and management in Public Health, in general, and especially in the field of Pharmaceutical Assistance.
