Márcia Silvana Freire Franco

Graduated in Pharmacy, University Center of Grande Dourados in 2008, obtained a Master in Organic Chemistry at Federal University of Grande Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil in 2013, and a Ph.D. in. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil in 2017. Post-doctorate fellow at Chemistry department, Faculty of Philosophy Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, where she worked mainly in the following subjects: ENANTIOSELECTIVE ANALYSIS, HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS. Currently she is a post doc at the Chemistry Institute, Department of Biochemistry, where she develops projects involving photodynamic damage applied to mimetic models of membranes. In addition, she in carrying out, RNA seq analysis project in search of cell death pathways, autophagy, ferroptosis, mitophagy and necroptosis triggered by PDT in HaCat, in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo Paulo.
