Doctoral in Law by the Graduate Program of the Law School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (FD-UFMG), in 2022. Postgraduate in Public Security (CESP) by Military Police Academy (APM), in 2017. Master in Law by FD-UFMG, in 2014. Specialist in Procedural Law by the Continuing Education Institute at the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (IEC-PUC Minas), in 2011. Bachelor of Law by FD -UFMG, in 2007. Criminal Justice degree, held by APM which is equivalent to the undergraduate courses (4,184 h / a), in 2004. She worked at Internal Affairs of Police Military from 2005 to 2012. Was one of the staff's member of Commander of Military Police Academy (APM) in 2012. She worked in the Military Office of the Governor of the State of Minas Gerais (GMG), as Director of Human Resources and member of diplomatic missions in the State, between the years of 2013 and 2014. Also, she was ahead of the Head of the Human Resources Section of the 1st BPM (Belo Horizonte), from 2015 to 2017, and she was an analyst of the 1st RPM Subcorredoria, from 2018 to 2019. She is currently Officer of the Military Police of the State of Minas Gerais, Major , serving in the Strategic Personnel Advisory (PM1) of the PMMG General Staff, responsible for advising the Military Police Commander of Minas Gerais on issues related to the Human Resources area. She has experience is in the area of #8203;#8203;law, focusing on public law, and public administration, with emphasis on Human Resource and development of projects.

Especialista em Direito Processual pelo Instituto de Educação Continuada da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (IEC-PUCMinas), em 2011. Bacharel em Direito pela FD-UFMG, em 2007. Graduada pelo Curso de Formação de Oficiais da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (CFOPM), o qual equivalente aos Cursos superiores em graduação (4.184 h/a), em 2004. Serviu no 33BPM (Betim), em 2004. Atuou na Corregedoria de Polícia Militar de 2005 à 2012. Trabalhou na APM, em 2012, bem como no Gabinete Militar do Governador do Estado de Minas Gerais (GMG), como Diretora de Recursos Humanos e integrante de missões diplomáticas no Estado, entre os anos de 2013 e 2014. Também, esteve a frente da Chefia da Seção de Recursos Humanos do 1BPM (Belo Horizonte), entre os anos de 2015 e 2017, e foi analista da Subcorredoria da 1RPM, no período de 2018 à 2019. Atualmente é Oficial da Polícia Militar do Estado de Minas Gerais, Major, servindo na Assessoria Estratégica de Pessoal (PM1), Unidade responsável assessoramento do Comandando da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais nas questões afetas à área de Recursos Humanos e acompanhamento legislativo.
