Mara da Rosa Lopes

He has a degree in Domestic Sciences from the Federal University of Pelotas (1986) and a master's degree from the Faculty of Administration and Tourism of the Federal University of Pelotas (1998). Advises SMC Consultoria on the elaboration, execution of projects and fundraising, especially for non-governmental organizations. At the Secretariat for Rural Development, Fisheries and Cooperatives in the Projects area, through an Agreement signed with ASCAR / EMATER-RS. She worked as a volunteer at the NGO JUSAMPARO in activities related to tourism, since January 2004, coordinating research and extension projects, giving courses and lectures in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. She was Program Coordinator of the Agriculture and Supply Secretariat working with the Planning and Execution Group of the Integrated Tourism Work Action Plan between the STATE SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURE AND SUPPLY - SAA, ASCAR / EMATER-RS, NATIONAL RURAL LEARNING SERVICE - SENAR / RS, COMMERCIAL LEARNING SERVICE - SENAC, SUPPORT SERVICE FOR MICRO AND SMALL COMPANIES IN THE STATE OF RIO GRANDE DO SUL - SEBRAE / RS AND FEDERATION OF WORKERS IN AGRICULTURE - FETAG in order to develop actions related to Rural Tourism in the state from Rio Grande do Sul, including lectures linked to the theme, for various audiences at international, national and local events held at the Parque de Exposições Assis Brasil, in Esteio / RS. In addition, she worked as an advisor in the design and implementation of the RS RURAL Program with a focus on Sustainable Rural and Regional Development, within IBRD rules and in cooperation with IICA. Has teaching experience (teaching at a higher level) teaching classes and extension courses in a teaching establishment of the Unified Group; worked in Rural Extension in the areas of rural tourism, leadership training, associativism, research and preparation of newsletters, audiovisuals and various pedagogical support materials.

Possui graduação em Ciências Domésticas pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas (1986) e mestrado pela Faculdade de Administração e Turismo da Universidade Federal de Pelotas (1998). Presta assessoria junto a SMC Consultoria na elaboração, execução de projetos e captação de recursos, em especial para organizações não governamentais. Na Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Rural, Pesca e Cooperativismo na área de Projetos, através de Convênio firmado com a ASCAR/EMATER-RS. Atuou como voluntária na ONG JUSAMPARO em atividades vinculadas a área de turismo, desde janeiro de 2004, na coordenação de projetos de pesquisa e de extensão, ministrando cursos e palestras na região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Foi Coordenadora de Programas da Secretaria da Agricultura e Abastecimento atuando junto ao Grupo de Planejamento e Execução do Plano de Ação do Trabalho Integrado de Turismo entre a SECRETARIA ESTADUAL DA AGRICULTURA E ABASTECIMENTO - SAA, ASCAR/EMATER-RS, SERVIÇO NACIONAL DE APRENDIZAGEM RURAL - SENAR/RS, SERVIÇO DE APRENDIZAGEM COMERCIAL - SENAC, SERVIÇO DE APOIO ÀS MICRO E PEQUENAS EMPRESAS DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL - SEBRAE/RS E FEDERAÇÃO DOS TRABALHADORES NA AGRICULTURA - FETAG com o fim de desenvolver ações relacionadas ao Turismo Rural no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, incluindo a realização de palestras vinculadas ao tema, para diversos públicos em eventos internacionais, nacionais e locais realizados no Parque de Exposições Assis Brasil, em Esteio/RS. Além disso, Trabalhou como assessora na elaboração e implementação do Programa RS RURAL com foco no Desenvolvimento Rural e Regional Sustentáveis, dentro das normas do BIRD e em cooperação com o IICA. Tem experiência docente (magistério de nível superior) ministrando aulas e cursos de extensão em estabelecimento de ensino do Grupo Unificado; trabalhou em Extensão Rural nas áreas de turismo rural, treinamento de lideranças, associativismo, pesquisa e elaboração de informativos, audiovisuais e materiais de apoio pedagógico diversos.
