Jefferson Henrique Morais Castilho

Doutorando em Ciências Ambientais pela Universidade Federal de Goiás - CIAMB/UFG. Possui mestrado e graduação em Engenharia Ambiental e Sanitária pela Escola de Engenharia Civil e Ambiental da Universidade Federal de Goiás - EECA/UFG. Atuou em projetos de pesquisa da área de saneamento ambiental (2011) e recursos hídricos (2014 - 2015). Foi Tutor do Curso de Especialização Lato Sensu em Saneamento e Saúde Ambiental da UFG (2019 - 2020) e Professor do PRONATEC na Cidade de Goiás e em Goianésia (2019 -2020). Atuou na Gerência de Outorga da Secretária de Estado de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável - SEMAD/GO (2020-2021) e também foi Engenheiro Ambiental na Agência Goiana de Infraestrutura e Transportes - GOINFRA (2021-2022). Atualmente é Engenheiro Ambiental na Gerência de Saneamento Básico - GESB da Agência Goiana de Regulação, Controle e Fiscalização de Serviços Públicos - AGR. Enquanto pesquisador, desenvolve pesquisas nas seguintes áreas temáticas: recursos hídricos, saneamento ambiental, participação social, governança e conflitos socioambientais.

Graduated and Master in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Goiás - EECA / UFG. Worked on research projects in the area of ​​environmental sanitation (industrial effluents) (2011) and water resources (public water supply basins) (2014 - 2015). He was Tutor of the Lato Sensu Specialization Course in Health and Environmental Sanitation at UFG (2019-2020). He is currently a PhD student in Environmental Sciences at the same University, and Technical Responsible for Geo Ecologic Projects and Environmental Consulting. He also serves as Regent Professor of Technical Courses in Environment at PRONATEC in the City of Goiás - GO and Jaraguá - GO (EaD). Develop research on water resources with an emphasis on planning and management of water resources systems, water governance, participatory management, environmental sanitation and environmental monitoring. He has also worked as a Sanitary and Environmental Engineer since 2016, providing services in the Environmental Consulting segment focused on the environmental licensing of activities that use natural resources, whether they are polluters or that have the potential to cause degradation in the environment.
