Cássia Morais Mano

Bachelor's degree in architecture 2008 UFRGS, she has varied professional experiences during the graduation: engineering department of the Hospital de Pronto Socorro de Porto Alegre (reforms and readjustment of internal spaces in the Hospital); SOGIPA engineering sector (readjustment of the club's internal spaces, development of layout for the ballrooms); architecture office with the architects Roberto and Patrícia Schneider (renovation at the Public Market Station TRENSURB and residential projects). After graduating, she worked as an architect at the Souza and Campelo Arquitetos Associados office (residential buildings, architectural and complementary projects compatibilization, PPCI adequacy in bank branches and cadastre surveys). In the area of ​​environmental licensing, she worked as a consultant in the company Profill Engenharia e Ambiente (consultancy in the diagnosis and anthropic impacts of future deployments of large condominiums and projects in Porto Alegre). In the area of ​​urban planning, he developed condominium projects and land subdivisions in the office of Fork Projetos e Construções LTDA, besides accompanying the legal procedures with the PMPA. She completed his master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2016, master advisor Prof. Dr. Antônio Tarcísio da Luz Reis, with the dissertation entitled Wayfinding in traditional and modernist urban design: a study in university campuses of UFRGS.

Mestra pelo PROPUR - Programa de Pós-Graduação em Planejamento Urbano e Regional da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, na linha de pesquisa Percepção e Análise do Espaço Urbano e na área de estudos Ambiente e Comportamento. Formada em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela UFRGS. Atuou como arquiteta e urbanista em diversos segmentos: projetos arquitetônicos residenciais e comerciais; consultora em diagnóstico e impactos na área de licenciamento ambiental de empreendimentos de grande porte; projetos urbanísticos (parcelamento do solo). Atualmente, ministra a disciplina de Desenho Técnico da ETCR, Porto Alegre/RS.
