Doutoranda em Planejamento e Gestão do Território na Universidade Federal do ABC, mestre em Ciência Ambiental pelo Programa de Pós Graduação em Ciência Ambiental da Universidade de São Paulo (2000), especialista em Educação Ambiental (1996) e Controle Ambiental (1995) pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública da Universidade de São Paulo (1995), Engenheira Agrônoma pela Universidade de São Paulo (1985). Servidora pública da Prefeitura do Município de São Paulo, aposentada, foi ,Coordenadora de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano na Subprefeitura de Parelheiros,, trabalhou na Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente e foi gestora da Área de Proteção Ambiental Capivari-Monos. Atuou como assessora na elaboração do Plano Diretor Estratégico e na elaboração legislativa de projetos de lei voltados à sustentabilidade ambiental, gestão participativa, segurança alimentar, desenvolvimento rural e terras indígenas. Foi consultora técnica legislativa na Comissão de Política Urbana, Metropolitana e de Meio Ambiente da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo. È conselheira do Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Rural Sustentável e Solidário e do Conselho Municipal de Política Urbana. Temas de pesquisa Desenvolvimento Regional, Rural Metropolitano e Relações Rural-Urbano, Áreas Protegidas e Sociedade, Agroecologia e Gênero.
