Carolina de Gioia Paoli

Graduada em Direito pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2010). Aluna Erasmus pela Universidade do Minho em Direito Comunitário, Negociação Internacional e Instituições e Políticas da União Europeia. Doutora em Direito Político e Econômico pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Pesquisadora do Grupo de Pesquisa Pacto Federativo, Tributação e Financiamento dos Direitos Sociais, atua como host do projeto de extensão "PodTributar". Professora da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2010). Erasmus student at the University of Minho in Community Law, International Negotiation and European Union Institutions and Policies. Master in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Doctoral student in Political and Economic Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He served as President of the Events Committee of the Graduate Program at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2016/2017). She acted as a Researcher contracted for the Research Project: The monitoring of constitutional resources for education in the light of EC 95/16, financed by the Superior School of the Public Ministry of the Union (2018/2019). She is currently responsible for the secretariat of the State and Economy Research Group in Brazil and serves as a professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
