Frederico Augusto Coelho da Silva

Graduado em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (1990), graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2010), MBA em Gestão de Negócios Imobiliários e Construção Civil pela FGV (2014), mestrado pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2018) . Atualmente atua como professor e consultor em engenharia diagnóstica. Atuou na execução de obras de reforço e recuperação estrutural, obras industriais, especialmente no ramo siderúrgico, em edificações horizontais de conjuntos habitacionais de padrão popular, em edificações verticais residenciais de padrão alto, construções de shopping centers, vistorias e inspeções prediais, perícias e auditorias na área de Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Legal, com atuações em Engenharia de Avaliações e Engenharia Diagnóstica.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (1990), a law degree from the Federal University of Pará (2010), an MBA in Real Estate Business Management and Civil Construction from the FGV (2014), a master's degree from the Federal University of Ceará . He is currently responsible for the execution of retrofit work with extension and structural reinforcement of SENAC referential building. He has worked in the execution of industrial works, especially in the iron and steel industry, in horizontal buildings of popular housing projects, in high standard residential vertical buildings, shopping center constructions, retrofits, reinforcement and structural restoration works, inspections and building inspections, and audits in the area of ​​Civil Engineering, Legal Engineering, with actuations in Engineering of Evaluations and Diagnostic Engineering.
