Ana Cristina Nobrega da Cunha Freitas

Ana was born in Lisbon, Portugal in 1962. She migrated to Brazil in 1975 andreceived a bachelor s degree in Architecture from the State University ofLondrina (UEL).She moved to Iguaçu Falls in 1993 where she worked as the Operations Managerfor the Iguaçu Convention Bureau. She also held the Secretary Tourismposition for two terms.Ana holds a master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Univali - SC.She was the Coordinator for the Ñandeva Program, which focuses onthe development of the handicraft and design sectors in the border region of Argentina,Brazil and Paraguay. The Ñandeva Program is part of the Itaipu TechnologicalPark Foundation (FPTI).Ana was for many years the Coordinator for the Center for Research andExtension of Unifoz, where she also teaches.

Nascida em Lisboa, possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina. Mestre em Turismo e Hotelaria pela Univali, tem entre outras especializações, MBA em Turismo e entretenimento pela Cândido Mendes e MBA em Gestão de Projetos, pela FGV. Lecionou até 2013 na Unifoz, onde coordenou durante um tempo o Centro de Estudos e Pesquisas e Extensão.Nos últimos anos, dedica-se principalmente ás áreas de Arquitetura, Planejamento turístico e urbano e Gestão de projetos. Trabalha desde 2003 na Fundação Parque Tecnológico Itaipu, como gestora de projetos.
