Gilberto da Silva Matos

Doutor em Estatística pelo Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da Universidade de São Paulo (IME-USP). Gilberto Matos atualmente é Professor Associado I da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, concluiu seu Mestrado em Estatística na Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2001) e Bacharelado em Estatística na Universidade Federal do Ceará (1998). Tem experiência na área de Probabilidade e Estatística, com ênfase em Análise de Dados, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Teoria da Resposta ao Item (TRI), Avaliação de Sistemas Educacionais, Medição da Satisfação do Consumidor, Modelos Multivariados, Controle Estatístico da Qualidade, Inferência Bayesiana, além de conhecimentos nas áreas de Pesquisa Operacional e Pesquisa de Marketing.
