Lia Severo Vieira

It degree in psychology from the University of the Region Campaign (2007). He has experience in the field of psychology, with emphasis on Clinical and Organizational Psychology, working mainly in the clinical treatment of children, adolescents and adults. Currently specializing in Organizational Behavior and Management of People, noting in recruitment, selection of personnel, training, analysis and description of positions, evaluation of performance, leadership and tools used in cases of RH.

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Universidade da Região da Campanha (2006), Mestre em Psicologia Clínica pela Unisinos, linha de pesquisa Processos Saúde-Doença em Contextos Institucionais (2020). Especialista em Psicologia do Trânsito, pelo Conselho Federal de Psicologia (2016). Pós-graduação em Comportamento Organizacional e Gestão de Pessoas, ESAB (2009).
