Bachelor?s degree in Nutrition Science (UNESP). Scholarship by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) - Institutional Scholarship Program for Scientific Initiation (PIBIC) in the period 2009-2010 and 2010-2011, whose project was about Food science and technology for the development of functional biscuits with cassava starch and flaxseed flour for the extrusion process. A voluntary extension project in nutritional screening at the Botucatu Hospital (a public hospital in the city of Botucatu, São Paulo State). Scholarship by the University Extension Project (PROEX) in nutrition education for the population of Botucatu city.
