Doutor em Ciência Política e Estudos Internacionais pela Universidade de Birmingham (2020), com bolsa de doutorado pleno no exterior (CAPES). Foi Teaching Fellow em Políticas Públicas e Estudos Europeus na Universidade de Warwick (2019-2020) e Konrad Adenauer Fellow em Estudos Europeus no Centro de Relações Internacionais da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2014-2015). Bacharel (2011) e Mestre (2013) em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Tem experiência na área de Integração Regional e regionalismo comparado na Europa, América do Sul e África, com foco no desenvolvimento de parlamentos de integração regional na Europa, África e América Latina, bem como da atuação dessas instituições no âmbito internacional. Membro da Rede de Pesquisa em Política Externa e Regionalismo - REPRI, do Observatório de Regionalismo - ODR e do Subcoordenador do Grupo de Reflexión sobre Integración y Desarrolllo de América Latina e Europa - GRIDALE.

He has experience in the area of Regional Integration and comparative regionalism in Europe, South America and Africa, with a focus on the development of regional integration parliaments in Europe, Africa and Latin America, as well as on the performance of these institutions internationally. Member of the Research Network on Foreign Policy and Regionalism - REPRI, of the Regionalism Observatory - ODR and of the Sub-coordinator of the Reflection Group on Integration and Development in Latin America and Europe - GRIDALE.
