Flávia Thedim Costa Bueno

Graduada em Psicologia pela UFRJ (2007), é também Sanitarista pela Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Coletiva do Instituto de Estudos em Saúde Coletiva da UFRJ (2010). É mestre em Saúde Pública (Sub-área Políticas Públicas e Saúde) pela Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública Sérgio Arouca da Fiocruz, com dissertação na área de cooperação internacional em HIV/AIDS e fronteiras. Participou da turma de 2013 do Programa de Líderes em Saúde Internacional Edmundo Granda Ugalde, da Organização Pan-americana da Saúde (OPAS/OMS). Trabalhou como Gestora da área de Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento no Instituto Sul-americano de Governo em Saúde da União das Nações Sul-americanas (ISAGS/UNASUL) e é Doutora em Saúde Global e Sustentabilidade na Faculdade de Saúde Pública da Universidade de São Paulo (FSP/USP). Atualmente, coordena o Hub da Fiocruz na The Global Health Network e é membro da equipe executiva da Rede Zika Ciências Sociais e do eixo Impactos Sociais da Epidemia do Observatório Covid-19 Fiocruz. Coordenou o projeto SolPan Brasil e foi parte do consórcio latinoamericano SolPan. Também coordenou o Mapeamento das respostas de movimentos sociais na América Latina à COVID-19 e o curso para movimentos sociais sobre emergências sanitárias. É coordenadora executiva de projetos internacionais. Mãe de uma filha de 4 anos.

Graduated in Psychology at UFRJ (2007), she is also a Sanitarian by the Multiprofessional Residency in Collective Health of the Institute for Studies in Collective Health of UFRJ (2010). She holds a Master's in Public Health (sub-area Public Policy and Health) from the National School of Public Health Sérgio Arouca Fiocruz, with a dissertation in the area of international cooperation in HIV/AIDS and borders. She participated in the 2013 class of the Program for Leaders in International Health Edmundo Granda Ugalde, of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/WHO). She worked as Manager of the Information and Knowledge Management area at the South American Institute of Government in Health of the Union of South American Nations (ISAGS/UNASUR) and holds a PhD in Global Health and Sustainability at the Faculty of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (FSP/USP). She currently coordinates the Fiocruz Hub at The Global Health Network and is a member of the executive team of the Zika Social Sciences Network and the Social Impacts of the Epidemic axis of the Covid-19 Fiocruz Observatory. She coordinated of the SolPan Brazil project and was part of the Latin American SolPan consortium. She also coordinated the mapping of social movements' responses in Latin America to COVID-19 and the course for social movements on health emergencies. Currently, she is the executive coordinator of international projects. Mother of a 4 year old daughter.
