Commercial, technical and marketing experience in the Latin America chemical distribution market, creating/increasing the product portfolio (specialties and commodities), managing the key suppliers relationship, identifying and developing new markets and applications, innovation trends and full area P&L accountability (achievement of results in line with annual/quarter budget, balance sheet, cash flow and headcount). High results driven, communication and interpersonal relationship, with more than 50 people on my teams in these years (including trainees, assistants, analysts, coordinators and managers) and direct contact with more than 100 commercial focal points of partners/suppliers, structuring a large network of connections in the global chemical ecosystem to support new business.
Great experience in innovation (and open innovation), digital transformation and digital (marketing) tools, especially when applied to the chemical world. Having been responsible for the implementation of e-commerce platform in Brenntag Latin America South (DigiB) and the launch of an exclusive chemical and packaging B2B marketplace (Quimiweb - startup). Considerably connected with startups and universities ecosystems, having speaker/teaching experience and academic R&D contributions (1 book chapter, 8 international papers, 14 abstracts and more than 30 congresses/technical meetings) in the fields of nanotechnology, analytical chemistry and chemometrics (scientific methodology).
