Alexandre de Araujo Guilherme

Food engineer with Master and Ph-D in chemical engineering. I have an extensive experience with research in biological processes and biorefinery, and experience with production line and people management. I am interested in the food and biotechnology company in sectors such as: production, quality, production plant projects and products developments.
graduation at Engenharia de Alimentos from Universidade Federal do Ceará (2007), master's at Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Ceará (2009) and doctorate at Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2014). Has experience in Microbiology, focusing on Microbiology, acting on the following subjects: fermentation, mannitol and cashew apple juice.
