Felipe de Souza Dutra

Doctoral student in Biotechnology at the University of Caxias do Sul, graduating in the Agronomic Engineering course at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG). Bachelor in Biological Sciences with emphasis in Marine and Coastal Biology from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul (Uergs) and Master in Evolution and Diversity from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I was a fellow in Technical Training III, by Fapesp, at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I have experience in research activities focused on marine and agricultural ecology, working with the following topics: phenotypic plasticity, benthic organisms, entomology (IPM): essential oils of plants and Baculovirus. Currently my research is focused on the characterization and bioactivity of the Kappaphycus alvarezii based biofertilizer, through metabolomic analysis (FTIR and NMR) and agronomic assays.

Bacharel em em Ciências Biológicas com ênfase em Biologia Marinha e Costeira pela Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul (Uergs) e Mestre em Evolução e Diversidade pela Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC). Fui bolsista de Treinamento Técnico III, pela Fapesp, na Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC). Tenho experiência em atividades de pesquisa voltados para ecologia marinha e agrícola, atuando com o seguintes temas: plasticidade fenotípica, organismos bentônicos, entomologia (MIP): óleos essenciais de plantas e Baculovírus. Atualmente minha pesquisa é voltada para a caracterização e bioatividade do biofertilizante à base da macroalga vermelha Kappaphycus alvarezii, através de análises metabolômicas (FTIR e RMN) e ensaios agronômicos.
