Beatriz Helene Xavier

Graduada em Engenharia Civil pela UNESP, campus de Guaratinguetá. Mestre em Engenharia Mecânica e Doutoranda na área de Energia pela mesma universidade. Membro do Grupo de Otimização de Sistemas Energéticos (GOSE -UNESP) e do Instituto de Pesquisa em Bioenergia (IPBEN) desde 2014. Trabalha principalmente com cogeração de energia e sistemas energéticos operando com gás natural e biocombustíveis.Estuda gaseificação de biomassa aplicado à Indústria de Papel e Celulose, usando seus resíduos na produção de biocombustíveis, energia elétrica e térmica.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from UNESP, Campus of Guaratinguetá. Master in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Energy from the same university.Member of the Energy Systems Optimization Group (GOSE -UNESP) and the Bioenergy Research Institute (IPBEN) since 2014. It works mainly with energy cogeneration and energy systems operating with natural gas and biofuels.It studies biomass gasification applied to the Pulp and Paper Industry, using its residues in the production of biofuels, power and thermal energy.
