Has experience in Microbial biofilm, focusing on structural architure of the biofilm. Proficient in Isolation of bacteria from different environments and maintenance of pure culture.Trained in Mycobacteriophage works like phage isolation, phage propagation. Currently working on characterization, purification of Pseudomonas spp EPS which is grown under the different stress condition of toxic metal ion, Biochemical and pfysical characterisation of EPS and prteome profiling. Able to design and fabricate biomaterials which can be apllied for tissue regenerration
