Título da pesquisa: "Cidadania, imigração e direitos: os sistemas de welfare a prova da nova dinâmica migratória".

É autor de vários livros e artigos jurídicos, publicados no Brasil e no exterior, sendo alguns deles publicados pelo Senado Federal (Curso de Direito Administrativo, 5ª Ed, 2007 e Curso de Direito Constitucional, 5ª Ed, 2007).
Autor do livro Licitações e Contratos Administrativos, publicado pela Editora Revista dos Tribunais (5ª Ed, 2021).
Foi fundador, Diretor-Geral, Coordenador e Professor da Faculdade Savonitti, em Araraquara (atualmente Faculdade de Araraquara).
