Graduado em Estatística, Administração, Marketing e Gestão Ambiental (andamento).
Trabalha no SEBRAE/RN, na Unidade de Gestão Estratégica, Gestor da área de Estudos e Pesquisas. É Professor de Graduação na UNICEUNA/IESRN nos cursos de Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Logística e Engenharia Civil e na Pós-Graduação leciona no MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, orientador de Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar, iniciação científica e artigos científicos.
Recebeu o prêmio de excelência na produção científica referente à publicação do artigo - Rede de Empresas e Gestão da Cadeia Produtiva: um Estudo na Indústria do Petróleo e Gás - no XIV Congresso Nacional de Excelência em Gestão, no ano de 2018 e em 2019 recebeu o Prêmio Prof. Sérgio Escorsin no Congresso Internacional de Administração de melhor artigo científico na área de inovação, tecnologia e empreendedorismo.
