Especialista em regulação pela Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações - Anatel desde 2006. Possui doutorado e mestrado em políticas públicas pela Universidade da Califórnia, MBA e especialização pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, e é bacharel em Economia pela Universidade de Brasília. Certificado Project Management Professional - PMP e Projects in Controlled Environments Practitioner - Prince2. Tem interesse em atuar em políticas públicas, regulamentação, tomada de decisão, definição de agenda, aprendizado de máquina e combate à corrupção. Ele tem experiência em gerenciamento de projetos complexos, mantendo funções em nível executivo, e sendo assessor de secretários e ministros na Casa Civil, CGU, Ministério do Planejamento e Inep. Atualmente é Coordenador-Geral de Gestão Estratégica no Ministério da Infraestrutura. Seu trabalho é focado na gestão estratégica e de projetos: usando a análise de dados para melhorar o desempenho do governo e combater a corrupção. Sua paixão é "explorar as capacidades humanas e tecnológicas para fornecer melhores serviços públicos". He is interested in public policy, regulation, decision-making, agenda setting, machine learning, and anti-corruption. He has experience managing complex projects, holding functions at the executive level, and being an advisor to secretaries and ministers in the Civil House, CGU, Ministry of Planning, and Inep. He is currently General Coordinator of Strategic Management at the Ministry of Infrastructure. His work focuses on strategic and project management: using data analytics to improve government performance and fight corruption.
