Felipe Cezar Cabral

Felipe has the titles of DOCTOR and MASTER in Pediatrics and Child Health from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) in addition to the title of SPECIALIST IN INTENSIVE PEDIATRIC THERAPY, the title of SPECIALIST IN PEDIATRICS by the Brazilian Society of Pediatrics (SBP). and MBA in HEALTH MANAGEMENT from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Graduated in medicine at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), he studied Medical Residence in PEDIATRY at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and Medical Residence in PEDIATRIC INTENSIVE THERAPY at PUCRS. He held the position of Technical Director of Hospital Materno Infantil Presidente Vargas (HMIPV) of the City of Porto Alegre for 2 years and coordinated the Contractual Relationship and Qualifications sector of SMS de Poa for 3 years. He was responsible for the implementation of telemedicine at Hospital Moinhos de Vento in 2016, leading projects in TeleOphthalmology, TeleUTI, TeleConsulta, TeleConsultoria among others. At the moment, he is Medical Coordinator of Digital Health at Hospital Moinhos de Vento, which includes the management of Innovation and Telemedicine. He has experience in the area of ​​Medicine, with emphasis on Pediatric Intensive Care, Telemedicine and Innovation and in the area of ​​health and contract management, with emphasis on the implementation of Telemedicine and Innovation projects.

Possui títulos de DOUTOR e MESTRE em Pediatria e Saúde da Criança pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) além de título de ESPECIALISTA EM TERAPIA INTENSIVA PEDIÁTRICA e título de ESPECIALISTA EM PEDIATRIA pela Sociedade Brasileira de Pediatria (SBP). Possuí MBA EXECUTIVO EM GESTÃO EM SAÚDE pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) e Certificado Profissional em Transformação Digital pelo Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Professional Education. Formado em medicina pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) cursou Residência Médica em PEDIATRIA na Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) e Residência Médica em TERAPIA INTENSIVA PEDIÁTRICA na PUCRS. Ocupou o cargo de Diretor Técnico do Hospital Materno Infantil Presidente Vargas (HMIPV) da Prefeitura de Porto Alegre durante 2 anos e coordenou o setor de Relacionamento Contratual e Habilitações da SMS de Poa por 3 anos. Foi responsável pela implantação da telemedicina no Hospital Moinhos de Vento em 2016, liderando projetos de TeleOftalmologia, TeleUTI, TeleConsulta, TeleConsultoria entre outros. No momento é Gerente Médico de Saúde Digital do Hospital Moinhos de Vento que engloba a gestão da Inovação e da Telemedicina. Atua ainda como Diretor de Saúde Digital da ABCIS e Coordenador do GT de Telemedicina e Inovação da ANAHP. Tem experiência na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Terapia Intensiva Pediátrica, Telemedicina e Inovação e na área de gestão em saúde e contratos, com ênfase em implantação de projetos de Telemedicina e Inovação.
