Bruna Toso de Alcântara

Doutora em Estudos Estratégicos Internacionais pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), com mestrado em Estudos Estratégicos Internacionais pela mesma universidade e graduação em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). Entre 2019-2020 foi research fellow do Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG), em Berlim. Além disso, em 2020 foi pesquisadora colaboradora do Center for Cyber Security and International Relations Studies (CCSIRS). Atualmente participa do European Union Cyber Diplomacy Fellowship (EU:CD Fellowship) e atua como assessora técnica no NIC.br

Dr. in International Strategic Studies by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a Master's degree in International Strategic Studies from the same university and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). She was a research fellow at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society in Berlin (2019/2020) and a research intern at the Center for Cyber Security and International Relations Studies in Florence (2020).She currently participates in the EU:CD Fellowship and works as a technical advisor at NIC.br.
