Flavio Medeiros Junior

He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (1986), a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1996) and a Doctorate in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines (2007). He worked as a technical consultant in the area of well evaluation and completion operations at Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. from 1998 to March 2021. He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, working mainly in the following areas: well completion, well testing operations, analysis of well pressure tests and productivity of wells with complex trajectory.
