Paulo Cesar Cavasin Leandro

Bacharel em Direito pela UNIVERSIDADE ESTADUAL PAULISTA (2008). Especialização em Direito Tributário pelo INSTITUTO BRASILEIRO DE ESTUDOS TRIBUTÁRIOS (2012). Mestre em Ciência Política pela UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SÃO CARLOS (2015). Atuou como advogado e professor do Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza e como Assistente Judiciário junto ao gabinete do Juiz Dr. Caio Cesar Melluso. Atualmente é Coordenador da 2ª Vara da Família e das Sucessões de São Carlos, no Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo Tem experiência na área de Direito e Ciência Política, com ênfase em Direito Público e Teoria Política, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: teoria política, justiça, democracia, Poder Judiciário, Constituição Federal de 1988, estado democrático de direito, direito constitucional, direito administrativo, direito tributário, sociologia do direito, filosofia do direito, ética e cidadania.

Graduated in Law School from the UNIVERSIDADE ESTADUAL PAULISTA (2008). Major in Tax Law from the INSTITUTO BRASILEIRO DE ESTUDOS TRIBUTÁRIOS (2012). Served as a lawyer and professor of Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza. Currently works as a legal assistant in the 2ªVara da Família de São Carlos of the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo and mastering degree in Political Science from the UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SÃO CARLOS. Has acquired experience in Law Section and Political Science, with an emphasis in Public Law and Political Theory, serving mainly in the following subjects: Political Theories, justice, democracy, Judicial system, Brazilian Federal Constitution 1988, Democratic Rule of Law, Constitutional law, administrative law, tax law, sociology of the law, philosophy of the law, ethics and citizenship.
