Jefferson Zeferino

Licenciado em História pelo Centro Universitário Claretiano (2021). Bacharel em Teologia pela Faculdade Luterana de Teologia (2013). Mestrado (2015), Doutorado (2018) e Pós-Doutorado (2018-2022) em Teologia pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Teologia da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PPGT/PUCPR), as três pesquisas sendo executadas com apoio da CAPES. A pesquisa de mestrado sobre a Ética em Karl Barth (1886-1968) foi aprovada por meio de banca ad hoc para promoção de nível ao doutorado direto. A tese em Teologia Sistemática, intitulada 'Karl Barth e teologia pública: contribuições ao discurso teológico público na relação entre clássicos teológicos e res publica no horizonte da teologia da cidadania', foi aprovada com louvor pela banca, sendo recomendada sua publicação. A tese foi indicada ao Prêmio CAPES e ao Prêmio SOTER de Teses, onde figurou entre as cinco teses finalistas. Atuou como Professor Colaborador do PPGT/PUCPR por meio do Programa Nacional de Pós-Doutorado (PNPD/CAPES); e como Professor Convidado da Maestría en Teología con enfoque en pensamiento crítico latinoamericano y fenómenos socio-religiosos da Facultad Evangélica de Estudios Teológicos (FEET) ligada ao Centro Intereclesial de Estudios Teológicos y Sociales (CIEETS) da Nicarágua. Pesquisador registrado no grupo de pesquisa Teopatodiceia: Espiritualidade, Cultura e Práxis e no grupo de pesquisa Teologia Pública em Contexto Latino Americano da PUCPR. Pesquisador ligado ao Centro de Investigação em Teologia e Estudos da Religião (CITER) da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) por meio do GT sobre Epistemologias da Casa Comum no Projeto de Pesquisa 'Casa comum e novos modos de habitar interculturalmente: teologia pública e ecologia da cultura em tempos de pós-pandemia'. Ocupa a vice-presidência do Comitê Executivo da Rede Global de Teologia Pública (Global Network for Public Theology) (2020-2023). A partir de 2020 compõe a equipe de coordenação do Grupo de Trabalho sobre Religião, Arte e Literatura da SOTER. É Editor Executivo da Teoliterária ? Revista de Literaturas e Teologias (Qualis A2) e do Caderno Teológico, periódico com ênfase em produção discente do PPGT/PUCPR. Desde 2022 atua como Professor do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciências da Religião da PUC-Campinas. Membro da Sociedade de Teologia e Ciências da Religião, SOTER. Possui experiência na área de Ciências da Religião e Teologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Teologia Pública; História do Protestantismo; Epistemologia Teológica; Hermenêutica Teológica; Ética Teológica; Antropologia Teológica; Cristologia; Ecumenismo e Diálogo Inter-religioso; Teologia e Literatura.

Owns a degree in History from Centro Universitário Claretiano. Bachelor?s in theology at the Lutheran School of Theology at São Bento do Sul (2013). Masters (2015), Doctorate (2018), and Post-Doctorate (2019-2022) in Theology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR), the three research works being developed with grants by CAPES. The masters research on Karl Barth?s Ethics was approved by ad hoc evaluation panel into a level promotion to the doctorate program. The thesis in Systematic Theology entitled 'Karl Barth and public theology: contributions to public theological discourse in the relation between theological classics and res publica under the horizon of citizenship theology' was approved with praise being its publication recommended. Served as Lecturer at the Graduate Program in Theology at PUCPR through the National Post-Doctoral Program (PNPD/CAPES). Taught Public Theology in the master?s in theology with emphasis in Latin-American critical thought and social and religious phenomena at the Theological Studies Evangelical School (FEET) from the Interchurch Centre for Social and Theological Studies (CIEETS) in Nicaragua. Registered researcher at the research group Teopatodiceia: Spirituality, Culture and Praxis and of the research group Public Theology in Latin American Context, both at PUCPR. Researcher linked to the Research Centre for Theology and Religious Studies (CITER) at the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) through the research project 'Common home and new ways of living interculturally: public theology and ecology of culture in pandemic times'. Holds the vice-chair at the Executive Committee of the Global Network for Public Theology (2020-2023). Since 2020 composes the coordination team of the Work Group on Religion, Art and Literature of SOTER. Executive Editor of Teoliterária ? Journal of Literatures and Theologies (Qualis A2) and of Caderno Teológico, journal with emphasis in student?s publications held by the Postgraduate Program in Theology at PUCPR. Worked as coordinator of the undergraduate course in Theology at UNINA. Member of the Society of Theology and Religious Studies (SOTER). Currently, he serves as Associate Professor at the Religious Studies Postgraduate Programme at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Has experience in Religious Studies and Theology, acting on the following subjects: Public Theology, History of Protestantism; Theological Epistemology; Theological Hermeneutics; Theological Ethics; Theological Anthropology, Christology, Ecumenism and Inter-religious Dialogue, Theology and Literature.
