Autor de livros e artigos sobre Direito Digital e Bioética. Voluntário permanente da Organização das Nações Unidas ONU, realizando Palestras e Workshop sobre Cyber law e Proteção a Minorias Vulnerávis (negros, indígenas, imigrantes, mulheres, homossexuais, idosos, moradores de comunidades, portadores de deficiências, moradores de rua, crianças, adolescentes e jovens).
