Raphael Mandarino Junior

Matemático, Especialista em Gestão da Segurança da Informação e Comunicações pela Universidade de Brasília - UNB (2009) , Mestrando de Ciência da Computação na UFPE (2014), atua há 39 anos na área de Segurança da Informação, em especial nas áreas de Segurança, Defesa e Inteligência Cibernética. Implantou e dirigiu por oito anos (2006-2014), o Departamento de Segurança da Informação e Comunicações - DSIC da Presidência da República, principal órgão responsável pela elaboração e implantação de Politicas e Diretrizes para o setor cibernético do Governo Brasileiro, e pelas Normas para a Proteção da Informação governamental, independentemente do meios onde estejam armazenadas. Coordenou, pelo mesmo período, o Comitê Gestor de Segurança da Informação - CGSI, Colegiado do Conselho de Defesa Nacional e ainda, foi Membro do Comitê Gestor da Infraestrutura de Chaves Públicas Brasileira - ICP-Brasil. Coordenou a criação e a implantação do Sistema de Credencial de Segurança para Acesso a Informações Classificadas do Governo Brasileiro e coordenou o desenvolvimento e a implantação do modelo de Acordos para a Troca de Informações Classificadas com outros Países. Autor de vários títulos dentre eles o livro: Segurança e Defesa do Espaço Cibernético Brasileiro, o primeiro a tratar do tema no Brasil. Na iniciativa privada teve a oportunidade de atuar como CEO em uma grande empresa multinacional, do ramo estratégico, com a missão de retomar os padrões de Compliance, duramente afetados nas gestões anteriores. É pesquisador do tema Segurança da Informação, com ênfase em Segurança Cibernética e Inteligência Cibernética, interessa-se ainda pelos temas: internet, política e governo, segurança da informação, governance e compliance. UFPE, Brazil (2014), has been working for 39 years in Information Security area, particularly in the areas of Cybersecurity, Cyber Defense and Cyber Intelligence. Coordinated the Security Information Steering Committee - CGSI, College of the National Defense Council, and Member of the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure Steering Committee - ICP-Brazil. Coordinated the creation of the Security Credential System for Access to Classified Information of the Brazilian Government. Coordinated the implementation of agreements model system for Classified Information exchange with other countries. Author of several titles among them the book ?security and defense of the Brazilian Cyberspace?, the first to address the issue in Brazil. In the privat sector he had the opportunity to act as CEO in a large strategic multinational company, with the mission to return to the standards of Compliance, hard affected in the previous administrations.
