Wagner Mansano Cavalini

Graduado em Tecnologia em Biotecnologia pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá em 2015, sou mestre pelo Programa de Biologia Celular e Molecular (PBC) da mesma instituição, com ênfase em Bioquímica de Microrganismos (2017-2019). Atualmente, estou cursando meu doutorado em Bioquímica de Plantas no Laboratório de Bioquímica de Plantas (BIOPLAN), pelo mesmo programa de Pós-graduação. Possuo experiência em biotecnologia, enzimologia, bioquímica de plantas, bioenergia e desenvolvimento racional de agroquímicos verdes.Ao longo da minha trajetória acadêmica, tive a oportunidade de estagiar em diferentes laboratórios de pesquisa da Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Em 2014, atuei como estagiário no Laboratório de Morfologia e Citogenética de Insetos, DBC-UEM, onde realizei análises do ciclo de desenvolvimento, longevidade, mortalidade e diferenciações morfológicas externas em pupas de D. saccharalis (Broca da Cana), mantidas em condições de laboratório.No ano seguinte, em 2015, estagiei no Laboratório de Bioquímica e Fisiologia de Microrganismos, DBQ-UEM, onde analisei a tolerância de fungos da podridão branca da madeira (basidiomicetos) durante seu desenvolvimento micelial, em solo contaminado com o herbicida glifosato.Em 2016, fui estagiário do Laboratório de Zoobentos, Nupélia-UEM, onde auxiliei na coleta de material para análise biológica na planície de inundação do alto Rio Paraná, pelo projeto intitulado PELD, além de realizar a triagem do material biológico, separando os macroinvertebrados para posterior identificação taxonômica.

Graduated in Biotechnology Technology from the State University of Maringá in 2015, I hold a Master's degree from the Program of Cellular and Molecular Biology (PBC) of the same institution, with a focus on Microorganism Biochemistry (2017-2019). Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Plant Biochemistry at the Plant Biochemistry Laboratory (BIOPLAN), within the same Postgraduate Program. I have experience in biotechnology, enzymology, plant biochemistry, bioenergy, and rational development of green agrochemicals.Throughout my academic journey, I had the opportunity to intern in different research laboratories at the State University of Maringá. In 2014, I worked as an intern at the Insect Morphology and Cytogenetics Laboratory, DBC-UEM, where I conducted analyses on the developmental cycle, longevity, mortality, and external morphological differentiations in D. saccharalis pupae (Sugarcane Borer), maintained under laboratory conditions.The following year, in 2015, I interned at the Biochemistry and Physiology of Microorganisms Laboratory, DBQ-UEM, where I analyzed the tolerance of white-rot fungi (basidiomycetes) during their mycelial development in soil contaminated with the herbicide glyphosate.In 2016, I was an intern at the Zoobenthos Laboratory, Nupélia-UEM, where I assisted in collecting material for biological analysis in the floodplain of the upper Paraná River, as part of the project titled PELD. I also conducted the screening of biological material, separating macroinvertebrates for subsequent taxonomic identification.
