Pós-doutorado na Université Paris-Sorbonne entre 2003 e 2005 e entre 2012 e 2013, onde atuou como pesquisadora permanente e membro do Comitê Cientifico do Observatoire Musical Français (2003 - 2013); fundadora e lider do GRMB (Groupe de Recherche de Musiques Brésiliennes). A partir de 2014, pesquisadora associada ao IReMus (Institut de recherche en Musicologie), UMR 8223 (Sorbonne Université, CNRS, BnF, Ministère de la Culutre et de la Communication). HDR (habilitation à diriger des recherches) na Sorbonne Université. Dedica-se à divulgação da música para piano dos séculos XX e XXI, assim como o processo de leitura/escuta e interpretação envolvendo este tipo de repertório, incluindo o dialogo entre a música e as outras artes e ciências. Neste âmbito, é co-responsavel pela equipe Langarts (CREOPS/CNRS) que privilegia o dialogo interartistico e intercultural. Lecionou na University of Miami e na New World School of the Arts, University of Florida. Professor Titular junto do Departamento de Artes da Universidade Federal do Paraná, fundadora e lider do Grupo de pesquisa de Estudos e Pratica da Musica Contemporanea (UFPR/CNpQ) e do projeto "International Exchanges on Music Theory and Performance" , este ultimo em parceria com diversas universidades nacionais e internacionais, promovendo encontros regulares entre especialistas, cujos registros em video são disponibilizados no site do projeto: www.iemtp.ufpr.br Desenvolve atividades como concertista e conferencista nos três continentes, com trabalhos publicados na Europa e no Brasil.
