My academic interests are focused on the knowledge of the oceanic characteristics that allow the development of calcareous organisms and how these characteristics have changed over geological time, understanding the relationship between the carbon cycle, biogeochemical parameters and climatic variations, considering how the physicochemical characteristics of the ocean reacts to these changes.

graduation at Geologia from Universidad de Caldas (2015) and master's at Geosciences from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (2019). Has experience in Oceanografy, focusing on Interaction between Ocean and Atmosphere, acting on the following subjects: carbonate, geochemistry, cenozoic, caribbean and regional geology.
