André Feitosa Benevides

Formado em bacharelado em Física pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (2013). Recebeu o título de doutor em física pela Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati - SISSA, Trieste (2018). Atualmente está realizando um pósdoutorado no Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) em Trieste, Itália. Tem experiência em física teórica com ênfase em teoria quântica de campos, atuando principalmente em: efeitos quânticos na presença de gravidade e aplicações à cosmologia.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2013). He received a doctorate degree in physics from the Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati-SISSA, Trieste (2018). He is currently doing a postdoc at the Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste, Italy. He has a background in theoretical physics with an emphasis on quantum field theory, working mainly on: quantum effects in the presence of gravity and applications to cosmology.
