Raphael Rolim de Moura

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a specialization in Biology, Specialization in Management and Environmental Planning, an MBA in Public Management and a Master's Degree in Environment and Development. Student of the Doctorate in Veterinary Sciences in the area of ​​Unique Health. He worked in environmental consultancy and parliamentary assistance. He held the Superintendence of Environmental Control at the Municipal Secretariat for the Environment of Curitiba and also temporarily occupied the position of Municipal Secretary of this portfolio. In the municipality of Paranaguá / PR, in addition to occupying the position of Municipal Secretary for the Environment, he also held the Municipal Secretariat for Sustainable Development - Urbanism and Environment. He teaches disciplines of Environmental Management, Environmental Management and Natural Resources, Solid Waste Management, Environmental Public Policies, Environmental Education, Scientific Methodology and Social and Environmental Responsibility in Higher Education institutions. He is an Advisor to the Regional Council of Biology of the 7th Region, integrating his staff of Specialists in Environmental Planning and Management, Sanitary / Environmental Biology, Environmental Education and Environmental Management. He currently holds the position of General Director / Advisor to the Presidency in the Coordination of the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba (Civil House - Government of the State of Paraná). Author of the book Socioenvironmental Management of Solid Waste: A look at Curitiba.

Possui Graduação em Licenciatura Plena em Ciências com Habilitação em Biologia, Especialização em Gestão e Planejamento Ambiental, MBA em Gestão Pública e Mestrado em Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento. Doutor em Ciências Veterinárias. Teve atuação em consultoria ambiental e assessoria parlamentar. Ocupou a Superintendência de Controle Ambiental na Secretaria Municipal do Meio Ambiente de Curitiba tendo também ocupado interinamente o cargo de Secretário Municipal desta pasta. No município de Paranaguá/PR, além de ocupar o cargo de Secretário Municipal do Meio Ambiente ocupou também a Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Sustentável- Urbanismo e Meio Ambiente. Ocupou os cargos de Diretor Geral e Coordenador de Planejamento na Coordenação da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba (Governo do Estado do Paraná). Ministra disciplinas de Gestão Ambiental, Gestão Ambiental e Recursos Naturais, Gestão de Resíduos Sólidos, Políticas Públicas Ambientais, Educação Ambiental, Metodologia Científica e Responsabilidade Social e Ambiental em instituições de Ensino Superior. É Conselheiro do Conselho Regional de Biologia da 7ª Região integrando o seu quadro de Especialistas em Planejamento e Gerenciamento Ambientais, Biologia Sanitária/ Ambiental, Educação Ambiental e Gestão Ambiental. Consultor em Meio Ambiente no Instituto Inova Cidades. Autor do livro Gestão Socioambiental de Resíduos Sólidos: Um olhar sobre Curitiba.
