Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2009). Post-graduate student in Management and Cost Engineering by the Brazilian Institute of Cost Engineering (IBEC).Holds the job position of Infrastructure Analyst of the Federal Government's Ministry of Planning and is currently working at the National Department of Irrigation of the Ministry of National Integration, where is responsible for the monitoring and the supervision of the execution of agreements between the Federal Government and states for conducting studies, projects and construction works related to water infrastructure, aiming at inter-regional development of the country.Specialized in areas associated with the planning, the design and the implantation of engineering projects, especially in the issues such as costs and execution risks.Takes part of the designing process of projects funded by the National Irrigation Department, which involves the analysis of economic and financial studies, technical and environmental feasibility studies, and the analysis of design projects and their budgets.Co-author of the External Procedures Manual, which provides guidelines regarding the documentation required to formalize agreements with the Federal Government, in order to obtain federal financing for actions aimed at the expansion of irrigated agriculture in the country.

Graduado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2009). Pós-graduando em Gestão e Engenharia de Custos pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Engenharia de Custos (IBEC).Ocupa o cargo de Analista de Infraestrutura do Ministério do Planejamento do Governo Federal e atualmente está em exercício na Secretaria Nacional de Irrigação do Ministério da Integração Nacional, em que é responsável pelo acompanhamento e a fiscalização de convênios celebrados entre o Governo Federal e demais entes federados para a realização de estudos, projetos e obras voltadas para infraestrutura hídrica, com vistas ao desenvolvimento inter-regional do País.Tem atuado em áreas associadas ao planejamento, a concepção e a implantação de projetos de engenharia, especializando-se principalmente em engenharia de custos e riscos de execução de obras de infraestrutura.Participa do processo de concepção dos empreendimentos financiados pela Secretaria Nacional de Irrigação, o que envolve a análise de estudos de avaliação econômico-financeira, de estudos de viabilidade técnico-econômica e ambiental, e a análise de projetos e respectivos orçamentos.Co-autor do Manual Externo de Procedimentos, o qual estabelece orientações referentes à documentação necessária para formalização de convênios com o Governo Federal, com vistas à obtenção dos recursos do PAC destinados às ações voltadas para a expansão da agricultura irrigada no País.
