Nazareno Marcineiro

Doutor em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2017) com enfoque em avaliação de desempenho e tomada de decisão, Mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2001), com concentração em Gestão da Qualidade, especialista em Gestão Estratégica da Segurança Pública pela Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (2006), graduado no Curso de Formação de Oficiais pela Academia de Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina (1982), e no Curso de Instrutor de Educação Física pela Escola de Educação Física da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo (1985). Atualmente é coronel da Reserva Remunerada da Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina, tendo exercido os cargos de Comandante-Geral entre janeiro de 2011 a maio de 2014, Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Comandantes Gerais de Polícias e Bombeiros Militares (2012) e Diretor da Força Nacional de Segurança Pública (2015). É professor da Faculdade da Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina (FAPOM) nas disciplinas Ciências Policiais, Políticas Públicas de Segurança Pública e Desenvolvimento Gerencial. Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Política e Planejamento Governamentais, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Planejamento Estratégico da Segurança Pública, Polícia Comunitária, Sistema de Segurança Pública, Avaliação e Gestão de Desempenho de Organizações de Segurança Pública.

He has held the positions of General Commander between January 2011 and May 2014, President of the National Council of General Commanders of Police and Fire Brigade (2012) and Director of the National Force of Public Security (2015). He is a professor at the University of Southern Santa Catarina of the disciplines Strategic Planning in Public Security, Applied Intelligence and Project Development and Management and Professor of the General Theory of Police Sciences and Community Police in the Course of Police Sciences of the Police Training Center of the Military Police of Santa Catarina. He has experience in the area of ​​Administration, with emphasis on Government Policy and Planning, working mainly on the following topics: Strategic Planning of Public Security, Community Police, Public Security System, Evaluation and Performance Management of Public Safety Organizations.
