MARCIO GETULIO PRADO DE CASTRO

He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Pará (2004). Specialization in Mathematics Education for High School Federal University of Pará (2007). Master of Science in the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (2015). Maths teacher of basic education, technical and technological of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amapá. Has experience in Mathematics, with emphasis in Mathematics, working mainly in the following subjects: traditional knowledge, mathematical education and Ethnomathematics. He is currently Director General of the Macapá Campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amapá - IFAP

Possui graduação em Licenciatura Plena em Matemática pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2004). Especialização em Educação Matemática Para o Ensino Médio Universidade Federal do Pará (2007). Mestrado em Ciências pela Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (2015). Professor de Matemática do ensino básico, técnico e tecnológico do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá. Tem experiência na área de Matemática, com ênfase em Matemática, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: saberes tradicionais, educação matemática e Etnomatemática e desde 03 de novembro de 2016 é Diretor-Geral do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amapá - IFAP - Campus Macapá ate a presente data.
