Doctorate in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in the final phase, working in the research line of Microwaves and Optoelectronics; He attended the disciplines program of the Defense Engineering course at the IME (Military Institute of Engineering), holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University, UFF-RJ, a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Telecommunications from Estácio de Sá University. Actualy is an Electrical Engineer-Superior Specialist in Nuclear Strategy at INB (INDÚSTRIAS NUCLEARES DO BRASIL) technical manager in the Electrical area and technical manager at CREA-RJ; he has experience in the area of Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Telecommunications, worked in system operators cell phone, working with satellite communication systems, worked on several technological innovation projects, worked in the steel industry for CSN in the area of research and development; Professor of the Electrical Engineering course at the Volta Redonda Educational Center -UNIFOA, coordinated teams in industrial projects and the telecommunications sector.

Atualmente é Engenheiro eletricista-Especialista superior de estratégia nuclear na INB (INDÚSTRIAS NUCLEARES DO BRASIL) responsável técnico da área Elétrica e responsável técnico junto ao CREA-rj,Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em Telecomunicações, atuou em operadoras do sistema móvel celular, atuou com sistemas de comunicação via satélite, atuou em diversos projetos de inovação tecnológica, atuou na industria siderúrgica pela CSN na área de pesquisa e desenvolvimento; é Professor do curso de Engenharia Elétrica do Centro Educacional de Volta Redonda -UNIFOA, cooordenou equipes em projetos industriais e no setor de telecomunicações.
