Fatima Virginia de Carvalho

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Maua Institute of Technology (1984), Master in Food Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1990) and PhD in Environmental Management from the Positivo University. She works in the area of Ecodesign and Textile Materials and Processes, in the themes of: Design and Sustainability, Selection of Materials in Ecodesign Projects, Business Models in Circular Economy for the Apparel and Fashion sector, and Sensory Analysis of Textiles.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Química pelo Instituto Maua de Tecnologia (1984), Mestrado em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade de São Paulo (1990) e Doutorado em Gestão Ambiental pela Universidade Positivo. Atua na área de Ecodesign e Materiais e Processos Têxteis, nos temas de: Design e Sustentabilidade, Seleção de Materiais em Projetos de Ecodesign, Modelos de Negócios em Economia Circular para o setor de Vestuário e Moda, e Análise Sensorial de Materiais Têxteis.
