Bacharel em educação física pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2017), esntitulado mestre (2018) e doutor (2021) pela mesma instituição. Investigou o efeito da arquitetura muscular na produção de força e comportamento dos fásciculos de músculos penados e longitusinais durante a contração.
Trabalha como pesquisador na Unidade de Pesquisa Neuromuscular e de Fisiologia do Exercício do Instituto Nacional de Traumatologia e ortopedia - INTO, no Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Desenvolve projetos que investigam os efeitos de doenças ortopédicas em caracteristicas neuromusculares como força e prorpiocepção. Atua principalmente no desenvolvimento de métodos de analise de sinais biológicos e análise estatística, utilizando Python e R.
Tem ampla experiencia com treinamento esportivo de atletas de luta, especialmente Kickboxing, e busca participar de projetos no assunto.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2017). Obtained the master's (2018) and Ph.D. (2021) degrees from the same institution, investigating the effect of muscle architecture in the force production and the fascicle behavior of pennate and longitudinal muscle during contraction.
Working as a researcher at the Neuromuscular and Exercise Physiology Lab of the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics- INTO, Rio de Janeiro-RJ - investigating the effects of orthopedic diseases on the neuromuscular characteristics, like strength and propioception. Develops methods to biological signals and statistical analysis, using mainly Python and R.
Has extensive experience in sports training, especially with kickboxing athletes, and is currently developing projects on the subject.
