Raul José de Abreu Sturari

Degree in Business Administration by the Salesian College of Lins (1984) and degree of Military Sciences (Infantry) for the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (1976). Master of Military Applications (1985) and Doctor of Applications, Planning and Military Studies at the School of Command and General Staff of the Army (1992). Doctor of Naval Science by the Naval War College (2002). He was Executive Secretary of the Unit Of Strategic Issues of the Presidency of the Republic of Brasil and President of the SAGRES - Política e Gestão Estratégica Aplicadas, where he is director of Strategic Foresight. He teaches MBA and consultant in Strategic Management, with emphasis on Forecasting, Planning and Dynamics Governments.

Graduado em Administração pelas Faculdades Salesianas de Lins (1984) e bacharel em Ciências Militares (Infantaria) pela Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (1976). Mestre em Aplicações Militares (1985) e doutor em Aplicações, Planejamento e Estudos Militares pela Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército (1992). Doutor em Política e Estratégia marítimas pela Escola de Guerra Naval (2002). Foi Secretário Executivo do Núcleo de Assuntos Estratégicos da Presidência da República e presidente do Instituto SAGRES - Política e Gestão Estraégica Aplicadas, onde atualmente é diretor de Prospectiva Estratégica. É professor de pós-graduação e consultor na área de Gestão Estratégica, com ênfase em Prospectiva, Planejamento e Dinâmicas Governantes.
