Engenheiro Florestal formado pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM), com grau equivalente a licenciatura plena, obtido junto ao Programa Especial de Graduação de Formação de Professores para a Educação Profissional (PEG/UFSM) juntamente com Mestrado e Doutorado através do Programa de Pós-graduação em Engenharia Florestal (PPGEF/UFSM) atuando na área de Silvicultura, Proteção Florestal - Entomologia Florestal, onde já desenvolveu trabalhos relacionados ao levantamento e dinâmica populacional de escolitíneos em áreas de mata nativa, Acacia mearnsii e Pinus taeda, bem como levantamento e dinâmica populacional de artrópodes associados ao dossel de Acacia mearnsii, Dodonaea viscosa, Enterolobium contortisiliquum e Eucalyptus dunnii.
Forest Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), with a degree equivalent to a full degree, obtained from the Special Graduation Program for Teacher Training for Professional Education (PEG/UFSM) together with a Master's and Doctorate through the Postgraduate Program -graduation in Forestry Engineering (PPGEF/UFSM) working in the area of Silviculture, Forest Protection - Forest Entomology, where he has already developed works related to the survey and population dynamics of Scolitines in areas of native forest, Acacia mearnsii and Pinus taeda, as well as survey and population dynamics of canopy-associated arthropods of Acacia mearnsii, Dodonaea viscosa, Enterolobium contortisiliquum and Eucalyptus dunnii. He currently works as a Substitute/Collaborator Professor in Forest Engineering and Agronomy courses at the State University of Santa Catarina (CAV/UDESC).
