Bachelor's at Agricultural Engineer from University Agrarian of Habana (2006) and Doctorate at Plant Health from National Center for Sanidad Agropecuaria (2013).Among her research activities, is link to more than eight research projects for Development of Biological Pest Control Agricultural in crops of agricultural importance and climate change mitigation in agriculture in Cuba.She is a member of a multidisciplinary team that runs research and development of various natural enemies as potential biological control agents for pests of importance in Cuba. Her research include various activities such as: Prospecting, identification and characterization of parasitoids and predators of agricultural pests in the cultivation of citrus, tomato, tobacco, vegetables and other plants Development and implementation of technologies of reproduction of parasitoids and predators for use as biological control agents on a system to ensure the quality production Detection and monitoring of biological effectiveness of natural enemies in field conditions Behavior Manipulation of natural enemies whit semiochemical substances Technology transfer.
bachelor's at Agricultural Engineer from Universidad Agraria de la Habana (2006) and doctorate at Sanidad Vegetal from Centro Nacional de Sanidad Agropecuaria (2013). Has experience in Agronomy, focusing on Agricultural Entomology, acting on the following subjects: diaphorina citri, tamarixia radiata, life table, life cycle and biological control.
