Docente Permanente da Rede Nordeste em Formação em Saúde da Família (RENASF). Doutora em Cuidados Clínicos em Enfermagem e Saúde (UECE) com a temática Segurança do Paciente na Atenção Básica. Mestre em Farmacologia pela Faculdade de Medicina (UFC) na área de Neurofarmacologia. Especialista em Saúde da Família (UFC). Enfermeira graduada pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. Foi enfermeira de equipe da Saúde da Família em Fortaleza e enfermeira intensivista da terapia intensiva cardiopediátrica do Hospital de Messejana. Atuou também como enfermeira da Gerência de Risco. Palestrante e Coach Integral Sistêmica pela Federação Brasileira de Coaching (FEBRACIS). É pesquisadora na área de Qualidade dos Serviços de Saúde. Líder do grupo de pesquisada cadastrado no Diretório do CNPq: Grupo de Pesquisa e Extensão em Qualidade dos Serviços em Saúde. Atualmente orientadora de bolsistas de extensão, iniciação científica PIBIC/CNPq e FUNCAP.

Leader of the research group registered in the CNPq Directory: Research and Extension Group on Quality of Health Services. She is currently a supervisor of extension, scientific initiation PIBIC/CNPq and FUNCAP scholarship holders.
