Paulo Cesar Ferreira Soares

Doutor em Letras pela Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte/UERN (2021), na qual defendeu a tese sobre os campos de concentração da seca de 1932 no Ceará, valendo-se da teoria de Perelman e Olbrechts-Tyteca. Mestre em Ensino também pela Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte/UERN (2017); curso no qual desenvolveu trabalhos de pesquisa em torno das teorias de Charlot, Libâneo, Luckesi, dentre outros. Nesse contexto, em 2015, torna-se examinador do material estruturado PAIC, Prosa e Poesia, uma política pública voltada para a formação do leitor da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental do Ceará, no Eixo de Literatura do PAIC Integral. Graduado em Letras pela Universidade Regional do Cariri - URCA (2004). De 2004 a 2006, ministrou disciplinas na Universidade Vale do Acaraú (UVA), entre estas: História da Língua Portuguesa, Avaliação da Aprendizagem, Metodologia do Trabalho Científico. Na ocasião, criou o grupo de estudos " Texto e Linguagem". Entre 2006 e 2008, pela Universidade Regional do Cariri, ministrou disciplinas nos Curso de Pedagogia e Letras nas cidades de Aiuaba, Saboeiro, Jardim, Banabuiú, Nova Olinda, Tarrafas e Santana do Cariri. As disciplinas trabalhadas foram: Alfabetização e Letramento, Avaliação da Aprendizagem, Filosofia da Educação I e II, Arte e Educação. Nesse contexto, começou a ministrar palestras organizadas pelas Secretarias de Educação. Alguns temas desenvolvidos foram: O PAIC no modelo da educação pública, A importância do Projeto Político Pedagógico no ambiente escolar, PAIC: existe uma idade "certa" para aprender?, Os caminhos para uma aprendizagem lúdica. No ano de 2006, assumiu efetivamente a função de professor de Língua Portuguesa com lotação na Secretaria de Educação do Estado do Ceará (SEDUC). Em 2009, assumiu a função de coordenador pedagógico, nas unidades de ensino "EEMTI Raimundo Moacir Alencar Mota" e "EEM José Alves de Figueiredo". Em 2013, foi convidado a assumir a função de técnico-formador do Programa Alfabetização na Idade Certa, PAIC. Nesse contexto, trabalhou com todos os eixos do referido programa, ministrando formações para sessenta e cinco professores-replicadores na Coordenadoria Regional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (CREDE 18). Em 2014, acatou o convite para o cargo de Gerente Regional do PAIC, coordenando as ações em torno do Eixo de Gestão. Nesse período foram realizados o Fórum I de Gestão Municipal como o tema "Uma educação forte, é uma educação para todos"; o Fórum II, com a temática " O papel do gestor e os desafios da educação", entre outros. De 2017 a 2020, ministrou disciplinas pelo Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores da Educação Básica (Parfor), com coordenação da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Em 2021, pela CREDE 18, coordenou os projetos "Alunos Que Inspiram", "Enem não tira férias", Seminário Docentes". Em 2022, como revisor de projeto de fomento e da Revista Saridh, atua no campo da linguagem e do discurso. Desde 2022, participa como examinador de bancas do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras da Universidade Regional do Cariri - URCA. Como consultor pedagógico, atendeu à cinco municípios da região, visitando escolas, discutindo resultados, compartilhando estratégias de ensino. Em 2023, pelo Coded/CED, coordenou o curso "Perspectivas educacionais para o século XXII", promovido pela Secretaria da Educação do Estado do Ceará (Seduc). Como poeta, tem 04 livros publicados, além de vários folhetos de cordel. Atualmente, participa de bancas e ministra aulas no curso de Pedagogia do Parfor (URCA) e atua como coordenador da consultoria de material referencial para professores das Escolas Indígenas do Ceará.

In 2006, he effectively assumed the role of Portuguese Language teacher at the Ceará State Education Secretariat (SEDUC). In 2009, he assumed the role of pedagogical coordinator at the teaching units "EEMTI Raimundo Moacir Alencar Mota" and "EEM José Alves de Figueiredo". In 2013, he was invited to assume the role of coach-trainer of the Literacy Program at the Right Age, PAIC. In this context, it worked with all the axes of that program, providing training for sixty-five teacher-replicators in the Regional Coordination for Education Development (CREDE 18). In 2014, he accepted the invitation for the position of PAIC Regional Manager, coordinating actions around the Management Axis. During this period, the I Municipal Management Forum was held with the theme "A strong education is an education for all"; Forum II, with the theme "The role of the manager and the challenges of education", among others. From 2017 to 2020, he taught subjects through the National Plan for the Training of Basic Education Teachers (Parfor), coordinated by the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). In 2021, through CREDE 18, he coordinated the projects "Students Who Inspire", "Enem doesn't take vacations", Teachers' Seminar". Since 2022, he participates as a board examiner in the Graduate Program in Letters at the Regional University of Cariri - URCA. As a pedagogical consultant, he served five municipalities in the region, visiting schools, discussing results, sharing teaching strategies. In 2023, at least Coded/CED, he coordinated the course "Educational perspectives for the 22nd century", promoted by the Ceará State Department of Education (Seduc). As a poet, he has 04 books published, in addition to several cordel leaflets. teaches classes in the Parfor Pedagogy course (URCA) and acts as coordinator of the reference material consultancy for teachers of the Indigenous Schools of Ceará.
