Airton Grazzioli

Graduado em Direito pela USP (1989). Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito. Exerceu o cargo de Procurador Autárquico do Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP. Membro do MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO, de 1990 a 2019, onde aposentou-se no cargo de Procurador de Justiça. Foi titular do cargo de Promotor de Justiça de Fundações da Capital de 2004 a 2019. Possui especialização lato sensu em Direito do Trabalho e da Segurança Social pela Faculdade de Direito da USP. Possui especialização lato sensu em Direitos Difusos e Coletivos pela Escola Superior do Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo. Possui especialização lato sensu em Compliance pela LEC - Legal, Ethis & Compliance. Possui especialização stricto sensu a nível de Mestrado em Direito Civil pela PUC-SP. Vice-Presidente da Associação Nacional dos Procuradores e Promotores de Justiça de Fundações e Entidades de Interesse Social entre 2007 e 2014. Atualmente é Advogado e Consultor em Inteligência, Gestão e Compliance no 3o. Setor, Membro do Comitê de Integridade da Fundação Padre Anchieta - TV Cultura e Membro do Conselho de Notáveis do FONIF - Fórum Nacional das Instituições Filantrópicas.

He is currently a Lawyer and Consultant in Intelligence, Management and Compliance in the 3rd. Sector, Member of the Padre Anchieta Foundation - TV Cultura Integrity Committee and Member of the Board of Notables of FONIF - National Forum of Philanthropic Institutions.
