Graduated in Technology in Radiology (2008) and specialization in Teaching (2014) from Universidade Nove de Julho. Master (2013) and PhD (2018) in Nuclear Technology - Applications by the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research of the University of São Paulo (IPEN/USP). Fellowship at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Sheffield - England, through technical collaboration IPEN/IAEA (2017). She is currently a full professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Santa Catarina (IFSC), Campus Florianópolis. She works in the area of teaching, research and extension of the Superior Course of Technology in Radiology and in the Professional Master's Degree in Radiological Protection (MPPR) as a professor and vice-coordinator. She has experience in the field of Radiological Protection, Applications of Radiation in Health, Environment and Industry; Radioactive Waste Management and Sealed Radioactive Sources Production.

Atua na área de ensino, pesquisa e extensão do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Radiologia e no Mestrado Profissional em Proteção Radiológica (MPPR) como docente e vice-coordenadora. Tem experiência na área de Proteção Radiológica, Aplicações das Radiações na Saúde, Ambiente e Indústria; Gestão de Rejeitos Radioativos e Produção de Fontes Radioativas Seladas.
