ROBERTO SERRA PACHA

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (1977). He holds a postgraduate degree in Railways from the Federal University of Paraíba (1979). Graduated in Geotechnics/Transport from the Federal University of Paraíba (1986). He holds a master's degree in Naval Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (2018). He has been teaching and designing Transport Systems for 45 years. Currently as an active professor in the undergraduate course of Railway and Logistics Engineering at the Federal University of Pará (2023). Elected director of the Faculty of Railway Engineering and Logistics (2023-2025).

Atua como docente e projetista em Sistemas de Transporte há 45 anos. Atualmente como docente ativo no curso de graduação de Engenharia Ferroviária e Logistíca pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2023). Eleito diretor da faculdade de Engenharia Ferroviária e Logística (2023-2025).
