Mariana Samos Bicalho Costa Furst

I am Independent Researcher and Professor. I was Visiting Scholar at the University of California , Santa Barbara - UCSB , Post- PhD in Linguistics at Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG ; PhD in Linguistics and Text of Speech at Federal University of Minas Gerais ; Master in Linguistics of Gender and Types textual UFMG ; and graduated in Literature , Portuguese UFMG. Researcher of the Study Group Orality and Writing ( GEOE ) of the Faculty of Arts of UFMG since 2004. I worked as a teacher of the subject Reading and Production Texts in Portuguese , UNI003 , the Faculty of Arts and Letters at UFMG , August 2008 February 2014 and as coordinator of tutors and mentors of the same subject during the year 2013. In graduation as a teacher of Portuguese Language as first and second language, Business Communication and Research Methodology . My main interest is in producing oral and written texts .

Sou Professora de Língua Portuguesa e Pesquisadora Independente, fui Visiting Scholar na University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB, Pós-Doutora em Linguística do Texto e do Discurso pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais; Doutora em Linguística do Texto e do Discurso pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais; Mestre em Linguística dos Gêneros e Tipos Textuais pela UFMG; e graduada em Letras, Português pela UFMG. Pesquisadora do Grupo de Estudos da Oralidade e da Escrita (GEOE) da Faculdade de Letras da UFMG, certificado pelo CNPq, desde 2004. Atuei como professora das disciplinas Português Para Estrangeiros (PPE) e Leitura e Produção de Textos em Língua Portuguesa, UNI003, na Faculdade de Letras da UFMG, de agosto de 2008 a fevereiro de 2014 e como coordenadora de tutores e monitores da mesma disciplina durante o ano de 2013. Na graduação atuo como professora de Língua Portuguesa, Comunicação Empresarial e Metodologia Científica. Meu principal interesse é em produção de textos orais e escritos..
